Per capita consumption paint in India is very low, about 750grams, as against 25 to 30 kgs  in developed countries across the world. This indicates tremendous scope in the market. The paint Manufacturing / application industry offers a starting job of Supervisor or Chemist or a Marketing Executive and average salary packages between 1.5 lakh and 2.5 lakhs per annum. Salary package is different across the industry.

Over a period of time, the person can progress to senior level and salary increases accordingly with respect to the position.
