- A Placement Cell in a college acts as a bridge between students and industry, helping students build successful careers. It organizes campus recruitment drives, internships, career guidance sessions, and skill-development programs to enhance students’ employability. The cell collaborates with leading companies and industry professionals to provide placement opportunities and prepare students through resume building, interview preparation, and personality development activities. Its goal is to support students in securing rewarding career opportunities and to strengthen the institute–industry connection.
